How to place an order

For security reasons, we do not accept orders over the phone. To place an order, follow these steps:

1. Go to the page of the product you wish to purchase.
2. Select the quantity and click ‘Add to cart’.
3. When placing your order, check or enter your shipping address and payment details.
4. Finalise your order by confirming the details and proceeding to checkout.

• Processing time: 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Delivery time: 4 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 working days (processing + delivery)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order:

• Click the ‘View Order Status’ link in the email to go directly to the tracking page.
• Alternatively, copy the tracking number from the email and visit the courier's website for real-time updates.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping charges) and a new order will need to be placed.

Change of address

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change of address by contacting our customer service department at info@clover-avenue.com. Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee a change of shipping address.
